UbiCall Communications' product line includes Voxplorer Receptionist(tm) and Voxplorer DialUp(tm). The first system provides an easy to install, simple and efficient solution for automatic call routing. The second solution allows to dial phone number just by saying the associated name or entry, which saves the user directory search and dialing time, both for internal as for external phone calls.
Voxplorer Receptionist and Voxplorer DialUp are available both as a plug-and-play customer premises equipment (CPE), directly connected to customer's PBX, and as a software package running on carrier-grade platforms enabling telecom operators to deliver Voice Activated Dialing on an ASP basis. Our solutions are today available in the majority of Western European languages, including Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
UbiCall has patented part of its technology and has developed a high quality automatic phonetizer for proper names. UbiCall is continuously developing additional voice driven functionalities to answer market demand.
UbiCall has an indirect sales strategy based on a network of commercial partners in telecom equipment manufacturers, platform vendors, solution integrators, distributors and installers. The software package can be licensed per line, per call or per user, or rented.
